For the last 16 years, NRCE’s 2-day conference and 3-day exhibit, has served as the venue for productive networking and updates on the latest developments in the local and international retail scene, and established itself as an institution for discussion of issues and concerns affecting the industry. The conference boasts of noted industry experts, both foreign and local, as speakers, and an international mix of participants.
THEME:
“RETAILING IN CHALLENGING TIMES”
The difficulties faced by retailers today – the worsening economic situation locally and abroad, the local political instability, the threat of food crisis, skyrocketing fuel prices and high inflation, are forcing consumers to prioritize spending and are pushing retailers to reinvent themselves to safeguard their “share of the wallet.” Given the situation, only retailers who engage actively in coming up with innovative products and services, who believe in giving its customers the best notwithstanding the difficulties, have the greater chance of securing the viability of their businesses and winning in this highly-competitive industry.
Vinculum would be represented by Venkat Nott – Director Strategic Relationships and Yogesh Bhalerao – Regional Manager – Asean.

Vinculum participated in the Infor Partner Meet held at Shanghai between 21st to 23rd June’08. We were one of the sponsors of the event along with leading organisations like IBM. The event witnessed an attendance of over 250 delegates from the partner community. We had strategic discussions to establish a business model for China and on working collaboratively to utilize a team in China to address the Chinese market and for rest of Asia for implementation and consulting services.
